Access BDD is unique in the stairlift industry because we only supply our range of products via a large network of professional, fully trained and courteous dealers. At Access BDD we take our choice of dealer partners very seriously. Our dealers are individually selected on the basis of their technical expertise, product knowledge and courteous, no pressure approach to working with customers. Stairlift dealers who do not possess these essential qualities are not allowed to trade with Access BDD.
Why do we only work with Dealers ? It is our long standing and firm belief that the best way in which to serve to needs of our end customers is by placing the stairlift user in the safe hands of a local, personalised dealer.
All of our dealers are extensively trained, re-appraised and frequently evaluated. In addition, all of our dealers are very competitive on price compared to other suppliers who sell direct from the factory.
Other stairlift suppliers also sell stairlifts directly via the internet, but Access BDD strongly advise against this approach. A stairlift is a complex and technologically advanced piece of equipment and must be installed and maintained by a trained engineer. Selling via the internet can compromise this vital installation process.
