No. Registration is completely optional.

Yes. Once you’ve registered, you’ll receive a confirmation email along with your digital product ownership
certificate.

Your serial (MFG) number can be found on the registration leaflet completed by your installer. It is also located on your stairlift (see illustation).

No. Your information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and will only be used for the purposes you’ve agreed to.

No. Registering your stairlift does not change the terms of your warranty. It simply helps us keep accurate product records and contact you if important information becomes available.

Yes. A family member or carer can complete the registration on behalf of the stairlift owner, provided they have the necessary product details and the owner’s permission to share their information.
