Access Wrapped 2025: Our Year in Review
As 2025 winds down, we’re taking a moment to celebrate all the milestones, memories, and amazing people that made this year unforgettable at Access BDD. From jaw-dropping staircases to growing our team, here’s a look back at our Access Wrapped 2025.
Most Unusual Installation Location
We’ve seen it all, from boats and spiral staircases to tight turns, but installing a Flow X stair lift in a 100-year-old historic home was a challenge of its own. This year, Next Day Access St. Louis completed an installation that required navigating narrow hallways and tight spaces in a historic home. With careful planning and precision, the Flow X delivered a seamless solution, and the result was absolutely worth it.
Most Challenging Staircase Conquered
This year’s trickiest staircase was installed by On the Mend SoCal and tested everyone’s skills with tight curves, sharp corners, and layered carpeting. Through precise planning and close collaboration, we supported a seamless installation.
Steps Saved by Our Customers
Together, our customers saved an estimated 521,950,000 steps this year. To put that into perspective, that’s the equivalent of climbing the Empire State Building more than 331,000 times. It’s a meaningful reminder of how stair lifts can offer small daily improvements in mobility that add up to a real difference in comfort, safety, and independence over time.
New Faces on the Team
In 2025, the North America team welcomed five amazing new members, nearly doubling our size. Each one brought passion, expertise, and a commitment to helping our customers move safely and maintain independence in their homes.
New North America Headquarters in Tampa
Opening our new North America headquarters and training center in Tampa marked a major milestone for Access BDD in 2025. This hub strengthens our ability to serve customers across the continent, supports our growing team, and provides a dedicated space to train new staff. The new U.S. office underscores Access BDD’s commitment to growth, innovation, and dealer support across North America.
